01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 888jk ("888jk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 888jk website located at https://888jk.cam and all associated services, products and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one exists.

888jk is an online casino and sports betting information platform. It does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and does not claim any affiliation with or authorisation by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory authority. 02 Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms used throughout these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• Account A registered user profile created by a User on the Platform, through which the User accesses all Services.
• Balance The total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds, denominated in the currency selected at registration (PKR or otherwise).
• Bonus Funds Any promotional or bonus credits awarded by 888jk, which are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• KYC Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the operator prior to processing withdrawals or when triggered by account activity thresholds.
• Operator The licensed entity responsible for operating the gaming and betting platform accessible via 888jk.
• Platform The 888jk website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services available at https://888jk.cam.
• Services All products, features, games, betting markets, promotions and tools made available to registered Users through the Platform.
• Wager / Bet Any real-money stake placed by a User on a game outcome, sporting event or other available market through the Platform.
• Wagering Requirement The number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in applicable promotion terms.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to the Services is strictly restricted. To create an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or any applicable law in your country of residence. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

04 Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Users must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other information requested during registration. Providing incomplete, inaccurate or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes multi-accounting and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all funds therein (including winnings), and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. You must notify 888jk immediately via the support channel if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

888jk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity has occurred; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; or (d) the continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

05 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. 888jk does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.

The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely as payment ecosystem references. The availability of any specific payment method, applicable limits, processing timelines and any associated fees are determined by the Operator and the relevant payment provider, and are subject to change without prior notice. None of the aforementioned payment providers are affiliated with, endorse or otherwise support 888jk or online gambling unless such a relationship is explicitly and verifiably stated.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals may only be processed after: (a) your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process; (b) all applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been met; and (c) your Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes or compliance flags.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the Operator's cashier rules. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been noted.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the Operator's internal review process. Indicative timelines are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. 888jk cannot guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. High-value withdrawals may be subject to staged payment over multiple business days at the Operator's discretion.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

888jk and the Operator may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be presented at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence in relation to that promotion.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game category. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Applicable contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Abuse: 888jk reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and cancel associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a User is exploiting promotions, engaging in matched betting patterns, or otherwise abusing the bonus system.

08 Gaming Rules

Each game available on the Platform operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for casino games are set by the game providers and are disclosed within the game information panel.

For sports betting markets, odds are set by the Operator and may be subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. In-play (live betting) odds are updated in real time and are subject to market suspension at the Operator's discretion. Settlement of bets is conducted in accordance with the Operator's sports betting rules, which are available in the sportsbook help section.

Where a technical error occurs during a gaming session (including disconnection, software malfunction or server error), bets may be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account at the Operator's discretion. 888jk accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors outside its reasonable control.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to place bets that would not otherwise be available.
• Multi-accounting (holding more than one Account).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to use your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Any conduct that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of any third party.

10 KYC & Verification

The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, at earlier stages of the account lifecycle. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and is a standard regulatory requirement for licensed gambling operators.

Pakistani Users will typically be required to provide one or more of the following documents during the KYC process:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back, in colour.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the interface — is the property of 888jk, the Operator or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 888jk or the applicable rights holder.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888jk and the Operator shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or data.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
• Losses or damages arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, third-party payment processing failures, or network connectivity issues outside 888jk's reasonable control.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors or other service partners.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations.

888jk makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawfully available in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. The availability of the Platform in a given country does not constitute an offer or solicitation in jurisdictions where such activities are restricted.

15 Amendments to These Terms

888jk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file, or through a prominent notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the Platform following the notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
